Why This Recipe:
Here's an easy and tasty no-bake version of the classic blintzes that your students will enjoy making and eating.
Ingredients:
- Slices of white bread (1 slice for each blintz)
- Cream cheese
- Cinnamon, sugar and/or jelly to taste
Directions:
- Use a rolling pin to flatten a piece of white bread.
- Spread cream cheese onto the bread.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar or spread jelly on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Roll up the bread to cover up the filling.
- Eat and enjoy a no-bake blintz!
