No-Bake Blintzes


Why This Recipe:

Here's an easy and tasty no-bake version of the classic blintzes that your students will enjoy making and eating.

Ingredients:
  • Slices of white bread (1 slice for each blintz)
  • Cream cheese
  • Cinnamon, sugar and/or jelly to taste

Directions:
  1. Use a rolling pin to flatten a piece of white bread.
     
  2. Spread cream cheese onto the bread.
     
  3. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar or spread jelly on top of the cream cheese layer.
     
  4. Roll up the bread to cover up the filling.
     
  5. Eat and enjoy a no-bake blintz!
